Why do I have to put my credit card in before the job is done?
Jonny On It holds your credit card information and does not charge it until the job is completed.
How can I communicate with my service provider?
The Jonny On It app is embedded with a messaging system that allows you to message or call your service provider if need be.
What if I am not satisfied with my service?
Once you rate the service provider, the app will give you an opportunity to tell us about your experience. This will prompt the Jonny On It team to take the necessary actions and ensure that you are a satisfied customer.
What if I am not satisfied with my quote?
Request another! If you are unhappy with the quote, then you have the option of not approving the work. In this event, we would encourage you to see who else is available in your area and request a new job.
Is the rate set in stone?
The rates are all provided on the app by the service providers. You will have to confirm the quote on the app in order for the service provider to start the work.
How secure is the payment process?
The Jonny On It payment process is 100% secure!
How do I become a Jonny On It service provider?
In the Service Pros tab, choose the sign up option. All service pros are screened and verified. If accepted, download the Pro app on the google play store or itunes store (Jonny Pro). We'd love to add you and see your business grow!
